At least 32 people were killed ans 20 suffered serious injuries, when a tourist bus in which they are travelling from Hyderabad to Shirdi fell off a bridge at round 2.40 AM in the morning in Solapur, Maharashtra.
As the incident happened in the early hours of Saturday at around 450 km from Mumbai, the passengers had no clue what actually happened. Only the driver,who was also seriously injured, is aware of reasons for accident. All of them in the bus are the devotes of Sai Baba, going for the darshan at Shirdi.
According to the police, the private bus skid off a narrow and fell off the bridge, the injured people have been rushed to Osmanabad and Solapur civic hospitals for treatment.
The volvo bus which belongs to the Kaleswari Travels ( Bus No:KA 01D245) was operated from Lakadi-Kapul.
