Mass Raja Ravi Teja , Delhi beauty Tapsee upcoming movie Daruvu has cleared the formalities of the Censor Board and received U/A certificate from it on Tuesday (May 15). The Board has asked the producers of the film to delete certain slangs used in the film, which is expected to release in theatres across the globe on May 25. It was earlier scheduled for a 18th release but the success of Gabbar Singh has prompted the producer to postpone the date by a week.
Recently, the officials from the Censor Board have watched the movie Drauvu and they have reportedly ordered the producers to delete more than 15 slangs like 'neeyabba', 'nakodaka', 'lutcha', etc. They have suggested them to replace theses slangs with the decent words. It has also asked to blurr the visual of money under the feet of Brahmanandam.
However, Daruvu is produced by Burugupalli Shivaramkrishna under the banner of Venkateshwara Entertainments. It is a socio-fantasy film written and directed by Shiva and it features Ravi Teja and Tapsee in lead roles. Vijay Antony has composed music, while Vetrivel handled camera work for the film. Ramesh Gopi and Anil Ravipudi have penned the dialogues.
